If you require interpretation of a ground report and possible remediation schemes, the first 2 hours consultation are free. If further information or documentation is required we will agree rates with you before undertaking any consultation works.
In certain cases brownfield sites do not always require full remediation schemes, only addressing localised hotspots.
We are happy to advise you and obtain regulatory approval when ever possible to ensure that your costs are kept to the minimum as we can advise you on adjusting your proposed development layout to minimise remediation works and removal of contaminated spoil generated from the ground works.
